About Us
Girton Apartments in Lagos was established in 2005, founded by Mr & Mrs Igoni Jacks. With a vision to provide high-quality, affordable accommodation for both short-term and long-term stays, they sought to fill a gap in the burgeoning real estate market of Nigeria’s commercial capital. Located in the heart of Victoria Island, the first Minasim Apartment quickly became known for its exceptional service and luxurious amenities, attracting both business travelers and tourists alike.
The apartment was designed with a unique blend of contemporary African art and modern furnishings, creating a homely yet stylish environment. Our service offering will soon become a household name in Lagos, renowned for its commitment to comfort, security, and customer satisfaction.
The Lagos apartment follows the success, of Girton Apartments in Port Harcourt started in 2010. The Port Harcourt branch is strategically located in the GRA Phase II area, a prime location for business and leisure travelers. The founders recognized the growing need for quality accommodation in this oil-rich city and aim to replicate the success in Lagos too.
The Port Harcourt apartments were designed to cater to the unique needs of expatriates and professionals working in the oil and gas sector. With spacious rooms, state-of-the-art facilities, and a dedicated staff, Girton Apartments in Port Harcourt quickly gained popularity. By 2018, the Port Harcourt branch had expanded its offerings, including conference facilities and extended stay options, making it a preferred choice for corporate clients.
Both the Lagos and Port Harcourt locations of Girton Apartments continue to thrive, maintaining their reputation for excellence. Their commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction ensures that they remain at the forefront of Nigeria’s hospitality industry.
“The apartment is spacious and ticks all the boxes for privacy and security. It’s a private apartment that operates as a separate unit from the main building. The interior is clean and nicely furnished. All the appliances work well.”
